Weβre recruiting on behalf of a global technology org for an entry-level Training Content Designer to join its Payments Risk Operations function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their instructional design or learning career to create training that supports operational teams and external partners across fraud prevention, payments, risk and platform trust.
The Role
Youβll create and maintain learning content across the employee and vendor lifecycle, working closely with subject-matter experts to turn complex processes, policies and fraud concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Youβll be responsible for:
Designing eLearning, quick-reference guides, assessments and onboarding content.
Translating complex risk, fraud and operational processes into accessible training.
Updating learning materials in response to policy, process and technology changes.
Managing content within an LMS, including publishing, curriculum assignment and completion tracking.
Creating knowledge checks and assessments to measure understanding.
Maintaining accurate, well-organised and searchable knowledge-base content.
Working cross-functionally with risk, governance, transformation and vendor-management teams.
Applying a learner-focused approach to simplify jargon and improve comprehension and retention.
About You
Essential:
0β2 yearsβ experience in instructional design, L&D, technical writing or a related field. Internships and strong portfolio projects welcome.
Ability to turn complex information into clear, structured content for non-expert audiences.
Experience with an eLearning authoring tool such as Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate or equivalent.
Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning information into structured learning outcomes.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience with an LMS such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, TalentLMS or similar.
Exposure to operations, compliance, fraud, payments, financial services or risk.
Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM or Bloomβs Taxonomy.
Experience working in a fast-growing, cross-functional organisation.
Familiarity with knowledge-management tools such as Confluence or Notion.
