Responsibilities
Support structured learning needs analysis where required and interpret client and business requirements.
Assist with fit-for-purpose updates and amendments to accredited, non-accredited and client-specific programmes.
Update and maintain facilitator guides, learner workbooks, presentations, assessment instruments, moderation packs, e-learning content and supporting resources.
Ensure learning materials remain accurate, practical and aligned to adult learning principles.
Support client-specific programme amendments to reflect the client’s industry, scope of work, operating environment and compliance requirements.
Quality-assure learning materials, assessments, moderation records and programme files before release, ensuring accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance and alignment with KBC standards.
Support accreditation, verification, moderation and submission activities accurately and within required timeframes.
Maintain programme updates, version history, review status and related records.
Support the development of new programmes or specific learning projects from time to time, where required by the business.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices, Learning and Development, Instructional Design or a related field.
Assessor and Moderator.
Minimum 2 years’ experience using Articulate 360
Experience in creating assessments for adult learning
Video recording and editing skills for e-learning
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in learning and development, instructional design, quality assurance or programme development.
Experience developing accredited and non-accredited learning material, assessments and moderation documentation.
Strong project coordination capability, including timelines, version control, deliverables and stakeholder follow-up.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
