Instructional Designer – Payments Compliance | Global co.

I’m recruiting an experienced Instructional Designer to create practical, task-focused onboarding for a busy Payments Compliance function.

You’ll learn how different teams operate, turn complex and regulated processes into clear learning experiences, and develop content that helps new joiners practise critical tasks with confidence. You’ll also use feedback to improve existing materials and work closely with stakeholders to support successful content launches.

The Offer:

• 12-month contract
• £40,000 pa salary
• Be prepared for 2 days onsite in London office

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years’ instructional design experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Rise 360
• A sound understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• The ability to simplify complex tasks for learners
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• The confidence to manage projects independently

This role will suit a hands-on learning professional who enjoys understanding how teams work and creating training that is clear, useful and grounded in real-world tasks.
