Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a KCM Instructional Designer


Description:

The KCM Instructional Designer will be in the IM Quality Systems Knowledge Content Management team, support the J&J IM NC/CAPA transformation project. They will support the J&J IM NC/CAPA team to develop asynchronous learning content.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline

• Transform storyboard to highly engaging asynchronous learning experiences


Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required

• 5-7 years of adult learning theory, story line and instructional design experience

• Strong/expert knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360

• Previous experience designing multiple asynchronous/eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline 360 required

• Meticulous, pay attention to details and have a good follow-up with customers.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in quality/compliance function preferred.

• Experience working with translations of content preferred.
