Instructional Designer – eLearning

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Instructional Systems Designer with strong experience in eLearning development, instructional design and LMS-based learning content.

Security Clearance: Active Secret-level security clearance required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and learning materials.
• Work with SMEs, clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Create course structures, storyboards, learning objectives and assessments.
• Develop SCORM-compliant eLearning content using modern authoring tools.
• Manage and publish learning content through LMS platforms such as Moodle.
• Evaluate learner performance and improve course content based on feedback.
• Support workshops, training activities and professional development programs.
• Research and recommend new learning technologies and instructional methods.

Requirements:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training Development or a related field.
• 3+ years of eLearning / Instructional Design experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools, SCORM and LMS.
• Strong experience in storyboarding, assessments and course development.
• Good communication skills with SMEs, clients and stakeholders.
• Portfolio showing previous eLearning projects is required.
