Job Description
L&D Learning Design collaborates with clients and internal teams to create effective and engaging learning solutions aligned with business goals. They develop high-level and detailed designs, produce learning content across live, virtual, and digital formats, and ensure compliance with standards and accessibility. The role involves applying design thinking, managing review cycles, supporting event planning, and integrating innovative technologies. Learning Designers maintain a client-focused approach, manage multiple priorities independently, and communicate proactively.
Roles And Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, and Enablement & Operations teams to drive the creation of learning solutions that meet business needs.
Support Learning Consultants in identifying and communicating project requirements.
Develop and present high-level and detailed designs for learning events and assets across modalities: live, virtual, digital.
Create and curate engaging learner content aligned with learning objectives and business priorities and develop effective instructor materials for smooth training deliveries.
Prepare learning solutions for conferences, in-office training, multi-location sessions, virtual and digital deliveries.
Apply learning standards, policies, and compliance requirements throughout design and delivery processes.
Utilize design thinking and innovation to prototype, test, and refine learning experiences with stakeholders and learners.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Specialists, instructors, and Enablement & Operations teams to ensure training quality and relevance, leading design meetings and instructor T3 sessions as applicable.
Maintain clear documentation of project progress, challenges, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.

Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
Experience relevant to specific role β 3-7 yrs training and development experience
Prior Big 4 consulting firm experience a plus
High school diploma required (bachelorβs degree preferred)
