Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Instructional Designer to join the Digital Learning Development Team at a defense organization in Beit Shemesh

Key Responsibilities:

Developing digital learning solutions as part of the organization's Training Department

Designing and creating digital training content and learning experiences

Requirements:

More than 3 years of experience in training and implementation

Proven experience in instructional design and development, including both micro and macro learning design

Advanced proficiency in Generative AI tools for text, video, audio, and other content formats

Full proficiency and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage instructional development projects and coordinate working relationships with suppliers and clients
