Fidelity is currently seeking a Proposal Writer to research, write, and edit persuasive bids, grant applications, or contract requests (RFPs).This flexible role typically requires 40 hours per week, involving close collaboration with corporate team members and subject matter experts to meet strict submission deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze RFPs: Read and dissect requests for proposals, grant guidelines, or tender requirements to identify core criteria and compliance rules.
Write and Edit: Draft clear, compliant persuasive textβincluding executive summaries, technical sections, and past performance overviewsβwhile proofreading for accuracy and tone.
Gather Information: Interview proposed candidates and subject matter experts to collect credentials, and other required RFP documents
Manage Content: Maintain and update reusable content libraries, templates, and past project databases for efficient future use.
Meet Deadlines: Track project milestones and coordinate review cycles to ensure final packages are submitted on time.
Qualifications & Skills
Writing and Editing: Exceptional command of English grammar, tone, and persuasive structure.
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Time Management: Strong ability to balance competing priorities and work independently in a flexible or remote environment.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in AI platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, shared platforms and virtual meeting platforms.
