  • Develop training designs and facilitator resources; lead key training sessions and mentor practitioner leaders in classroom practice, facilitation, and peer support.
  • Build year-round learning support mechanisms, including webinars, digital resources, video modules, online communities, and peer-learning structures.

4. Field Learning, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a direct connection with classroom realities through regular engagement with educators, field teams, and government schools.
  • Collaborate with MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) and program teams to analyze dashboards, monitoring tools, and qualitative feedback to identify trends and improve program quality.
  • Strengthen feedback loops, program reviews, documentation, and knowledge-management systems to ensure field learning informs district and state-level decision-making.

5. Student Innovation & Applied Learning

  • Lead learning design and academic support for student Ideathons, Hackathons, coding challenges, and other applied-learning initiatives.
  • Design problem-solving and project-based learning journeys that build computational thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students.
  • Enable teachers and education practitioners to mentor student teams and progressively take ownership of school-level innovation activities.

6. Institutional Engagement, Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide academic and implementation inputs for government, academic, and institutional engagements, representing the organization in relevant education forums.
  • Lead curriculum alignment, content review, and co-creation processes with institutional partners, embedding program ownership within existing state education structures.
  • Mentor state, district, and field teams to strengthen facilitation quality, quality-assurance processes, and reflective practices.
  • Collaborate with the central Learning & Development team to contribute to organization-wide thematic priorities, shared resources, and peer learning.
