Department Summary

The Epic Transformation department focuses on the creation and delivery of education to the 100,000 staff members at Northwell Health. Within this department, the Digital Learning team serves as the gold-standard content creators, modernizing the delivery of Epic education for onboarding, ongoing learning, and optimization. Their sole focus is on creating high-end digital experiences for learners across the organization and driving continued innovation in adult learning.

Oversee content strategy, content schedules and business requirements gathering. Internally advocate for and market knowledge tools and obtain buy-in and increased usage. Interview and understand user needs, problems and concerns and create strategies to build content.
