Role Description The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to property listings, client transactions, contracts, and internal processes. The Documentation Specialist will review documents for completeness and compliance, coordinate with brokers, agents, and financial institutions, and ensure that all records are updated and securely stored. Daily tasks include data entry, document formatting, version control, and creating clear guidelines for documentation workflows. The role also involves supporting process improvements, assisting with reporting requirements, and collaborating with team members to uphold high standards of accuracy and transparency.
Qualifications
- Strong documentation skills, including experience with Documentation and Technical Documentation in a business or real estate context.
- Ability to apply Clinical Documentation and Technical Writing principles to produce clear, structured, and compliant documents.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy in records and reports.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems) and basic database usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, legal, finance, or administrative documentation is an advantage.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
