This role is to support the client rebrand. They are looking for some with ERP or PLM systems experience. As well as, experience utilizing SolidWorks. This role is currently 100% onsite.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate or BS in a technical field or equivalent experience required. Experience with controlled data a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years documentation change management experience in a manufacturing environment required / desired
Skills:
AutoCAD and SolidWorks modelling/drafting Communication skills and attention to detail
Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Knowledge of models, assemblies, and part configurations
Strong computer skills
Experience with an ERP system such as Visual Manufacturing, a PLM system such as Omnify or Agile, and EPDM
Must be a highly organized, self-managed individual who works independently with minimum supervision. Must also be proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a positive, constructive and collaborative manner.
Working knowledge of documentation control procedures, bills of material, drawings and configuration management
The ability to understand ECNs, create/edit documents and comprehend specification sheets
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously to meet demands of the department
Physical Demands

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE/SUMMARY
This position will provide the department with AutoCAD and SolidWorks drafting as well as translate red-lined drawings to finished documents related to the Company branding project.
This position requires creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, compliance to documentation control and applicable procedures and the ability to work independently.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Work cross functionally to support the creation, review and timely release of controlled change activity
Update documentation and initiate ECNs
Work with Production Engineering to generate changes and update documentation based on redlines
Support drafting effort by utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create and update mechanical and electro-mechanical drawings to support business needs
