Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Documentation Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation for educational programs, processes, and internal workflows. Daily tasks include drafting and updating manuals, guidelines, and process documents, ensuring consistency with organizational standards, and aligning content with academic and operational requirements. The role involves collaborating with academic, operations, and support teams to gather information, validate details, and translate complex concepts into user-friendly documentation. The Documentation Specialist will also review and improve existing documents, maintain version control, and support compliance and quality assurance efforts through detailed record-keeping.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Clinical Documentation and general Documentation skills for accurate and structured record-keeping.
  • Candidates should possess Technical Documentation and Technical Writing skills to create clear, user-focused guides and manuals.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret information, identify gaps, and improve documentation quality.
  • Proficiency in written English, grammar, and formatting, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Experience working with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, or specialized documentation software).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or a process-driven environment will be an advantage.
