The basics:

What You'll Do

• Host TalentPop training classes via Zoom, on camera for 50–70% of shifts, covering company guidelines, tools, and role-specific outlines
• Onboard and train new agents on company policies, software, resources, and core e-commerce skills to get them client-ready
• Run onboarding week training, conduct evaluations, and decide on candidate advancement based on performance
• Lead 1-on-1 and group coaching on social media management, graphic design, video editing, SEO, email marketing, and content admin
• Build training materials and structured learning plans, and run ongoing skill-building sessions for current team members

You're a great fit if you:

• Have at least 6 months of direct training or onboarding experience
• Bring 1–2 years of Virtual Assistant or agency experience, ideally in e-commerce
• Have hands-on expertise in 2–3 core creative areas (Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or Email Marketing)
• Are familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Snowball, Canva, Loom, and Trainual
• Communicate clearly and confidently, and know how to facilitate, coach, and keep a group engaged

At home, you'll need:

• A laptop/PC with at least an Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
• Internet that reliably hits 25 Mbps up/down
