This role is responsible for turning business and marketing objectives into effective creative campaigns and content strategies. The person will develop campaign concepts, messaging, content pillars, creative briefs, and content calendars, while ensuring that all content aligns with the brand and campaign goals.
The role works closely with influencers/content creators, Talent Operations, Marketing, Production, and Social Media teams to guide content from planning through production, review, revision, and final publishing. A key responsibility is balancing brand consistency and campaign requirements with creator authenticity.
The role also involves reviewing content quality, managing revisions, optimizing content for different digital platforms, and analyzing audience behavior, trends, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
