About the Role

As the Content Strategy Manager, you will shape the voice and educational value of Sarya. You will manage a team of creators and collaborate closely with clinical experts to ensure our content is not only engaging but also therapeutically effective. You will oversee the production pipeline of visual cards, stories, and interactive modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with product goals.
• Manage content calendars and production workflows.
• Lead a team of writers, illustrators, and instructional designers.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure all content adheres to clinical guidelines and inclusivity standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in content management, preferably in EdTech or HealthTech.
• Understanding of special education needs and neurodiversity.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
