What You'll Do:
Must-Haves
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual Comms/Design, PR, or related field 4+ years in content strategy, engagement management, and/or change management Track record building/owning a content strategy (not just executing one) — portfolio showing audience/purpose/impact thinking Experience managing multi-stakeholder events (hackathons, conferences, large community programmes) Strong written/verbal communication Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS, analytics platforms, social mediaNice-to-Haves
Design tool proficiency: Canva Pro, Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) or GIMP/Inkscape/Scribus Knowledge of data science, AI, and/or data governanceScope of Work (4 pillars)
