Important Details:

• 06-month contract opportunity
• 100% Remote, Ireland
• Business Hours, Monday-Friday
• €30-€34.13/hour base pay rate

Responsibilities include:

• debugging, and implement content updates, prompt engineering, and index patching to improve support experiences.
• Write, edit, test, and optimize Help Center articles, customer support content, and Generative AI-enabled resources while maintaining content standards and best practices.
• Analyze data to assess issue prevalence and impact, using insights to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate non-content related defects, and develop effective support solutions.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, validate issue resolutions, and recommend process, workflow, and tooling enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field (or equivalent international qualification).
• 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role.
• 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI.
• Proven ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and/or mobile apps.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• AI and Technical Proficiency.
• Experience with AI (specifically chatbots and optimizing content for RAG AI).
