Content Strategist – Real Estate

318 is a strategy-led design studio based out of Hyderabad. We are looking for a Content Strategist – Real Estate to join our growing team at Digital 318 India, Hyderabad.

The Role

We’re looking for a content strategist who understands Hyderabad’s real estate market and knows how to turn research and insights into distinctive creative ideas.

Real estate content often follows familiar formats. We want someone who can look deeper understand a project, its buyers, its location and its place in the market, and then build a content direction that gives the brand a clear identity.

Experience: 2+ years in real estate content or brand strategy

What You'll Do

1. Research the Hyderabad real estate market, competing projects, buyer behaviour and emerging trends.
2. Develop content strategies and campaign ideas for real estate brands and projects.
3. Turn project details into stories that are relevant, credible and engaging.
4. Build content plans with a clear purpose and consistent direction across formats.
5. Work closely with design and client teams to bring the strategy to life.

What We're Looking For

1. At least two years of experience working with brands in the real estate sector.
2. A strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.
3. A research-first approach and the ability to turn insights into original ideas.
4. Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
5. The ability to think beyond the standard creative approaches commonly seen in real estate marketing.
