Content Strategist β Knowledge Graph / Taxonomy
Location: Ireland (Remote)
Contract: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
We are supporting a leading global online platform looking for a Knowledge Graph Curator / Ontologist / Taxonomist to help improve how content is classified, structured and understood at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of Knowledge Graphs, taxonomy, ontology, metadata, structured data and AI-assisted content understanding. The successful candidate will work with large-scale content and entity datasets, helping improve how automated systems interpret online conversations, topics and concepts.
The role involves human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated data, applying human judgment to validate, correct and improve automated outputs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Curate, maintain and improve entities, attributes and relationships within a large-scale Knowledge Graph.
- Support taxonomy and ontology updates across structured content domains.
- Review and validate AI / LLM-generated outputs, correcting inaccuracies, ambiguity, duplication, hallucinations and classification issues.
- Maintain metadata quality, classification standards and structured data consistency.
- Support content classification, tagging, annotation and quality assurance workflows.
- Help create and maintain benchmark datasets / golden sets used to evaluate content-understanding models.
- Investigate data-quality issues, duplicate entities and conflicting relationships and make appropriate corrections.
- Manage and prioritise incoming entity, taxonomy and schema requests from internal stakeholders based on business impact, urgency and data quality.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams on entity, schema and content-modelling requests.
- Provide feedback that helps improve automated classification and content-understanding systems.
