Content Strategist

We are seeking a creative, data-informed LinkedIn Content Strategist to elevate our presence on LinkedIn. This position goes beyond drafting standard posts—you will shape our voice, turn complex business insights into scroll-stopping stories, and drive meaningful engagement across key audiences. The ideal candidate deeply understands the LinkedIn ecosystem and knows how to build authority within the remote work, talent, and business space.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven LinkedIn content strategy; maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with core brand goals.
• Content Creation: Craft high-performing posts—including thought leadership, educational carousels, storytelling, and industry insights—featuring strong hooks and clear calls to action.
• Account Management: Oversee content pipelines for Company LinkedIn accounts, Executive Personal Profiles, or both, tailoring tone to fit each brand voice.
• Sourcing & Repurposing: Collaborate with internal experts to translate raw insights, interviews, and company milestones into platform-native content.
• Analytics & Iteration: Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and run format tests to continuously optimize reach.
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and industry conversations.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, remote work, SaaS, or professional services.
• Basic visual design or short-form video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Familiarity with leveraging AI toolkits (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline research and drafting workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of organic profile or page growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated content creation, content marketing, or social media management experience.
• Proven LinkedIn Expertise: Proven experience directly managing Company LinkedIn accounts, Executive LinkedIn profiles, or both.
• Strong grasp of B2B audience behavior, professional storytelling, and attention-grabbing copywriting.
• Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics to refine publishing strategies.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to consistently hit publishing deadlines.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills.
