Content Designer / UX Copywriter

Arlington, TX (Onsite Monday-Friday)

$70,000-$90,000 Base + Annual Bonus

We're supporting a new digital transformation initiative and are seeking a Content Designer / UX Copywriter to help shape customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This is not a traditional copywriting role.

The ideal candidate has strong experience creating short-form UX content that guides users through digital experiences, including:

• User onboarding
• Navigation systems
• Calls-to-action
• User prompts
• In-app messaging
• Notifications
• Error states
• Customer journey workflows

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, UX Copywriter, Product Content Designer, or similar UX-focused role
• Strong web and mobile product experience
• Deep understanding of customer journeys and user-centered design
• Ability to simplify complex experiences through concise, intuitive content
• Experience collaborating with UX, Design, Product, and Marketing teams
• Agency experience preferred but not required

Portfolio Required

Portfolio quality will carry more weight than the resume.

We're specifically looking for portfolios that demonstrate:

• UX writing
• Content design
• Mobile and web experiences
• User journeys
• Short-form product content
• Onboarding flows
• Navigation and workflow guidance

Candidates whose portfolios primarily showcase blogs, journalism, PR, long-form marketing content, or editorial writing without substantial UX examples will not be a fit.
