What You'll Do
Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in scientific logic and accuracy
Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual correctness, depth, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology topics
Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI models improve over time
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
Experience in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with experimental design or scientific writing
