Learning Edge India is looking for a passionate and creative Assistant Preschool Curriculum Developer to join our Academics & Curriculum Development team.

About the Role

You will support the design and development of engaging, play-based learning materials aligned with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework for children aged 1–6 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating EYFS-based preschool curriculum.
• Create weekly/monthly lesson plans, activity planners, and teaching resources.
• Design engaging play-based learning experiences.
• Develop worksheets, flashcards, story-based materials, assessment tools, and classroom resources.
• Support teacher manuals, implementation guides, and training materials.
• Review curriculum content for accuracy, consistency, and age appropriateness.
• Collaborate with academic teams and teachers to improve curriculum quality.
• Maintain curriculum documentation and support pilot implementations.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• EYFS/British Curriculum certification or training is an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years in preschool teaching, curriculum development, or academic content creation.
• Experience with the British Curriculum (EYFS) is preferred.
• Freshers with strong EYFS knowledge and excellent content development skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Lesson planning and educational content writing skills.
• Creativity, collaboration, and good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Canva or other educational content design tools is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of play-based and inquiry-based learning.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment.
