We're looking for physics experts in SΓ£o Paulo and across Brazil to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex problems β from undergraduate mechanics to graduate-level electromagnetism and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your subject matter expertise is the most valuable thing you bring. No AI background required.

What You'll Do
Design challenging, rigorous physics problems across domains such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum physics
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate precise reasoning and logical structure
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality of explanation
Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level physics
Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems reason more like expert physicists
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field β from USP, UNICAMP, UFRJ, or equivalent institutions
Strong physics reasoning and problem-solving skills across multiple advanced domains
Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in written English
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to quality and accuracy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic content creation
Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
Background in research, tutoring, or technical writing
