Clear Writing & Rapid Learning: Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills to present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner, paired with a strong aptitude for quickly grasping cloud technology and cybersecurity workflows. Visual Creation Skills: Familiarity with visual creation or screen-capture tools to integrate simple diagrams, flowcharts, or screenshots to enhance user understanding and usability. End-to-End Workflow Documentation: Proven experience documenting software applications, system interactions, APIs, and end-to-end workflows beyond feature-level functionality. Sample Portfolio: A small collection of writing samples (user guides, technical blogs, or documentation) proving you can write effectively for an IT, developer, or business audience. Nice-to-Haves:SaaS Ecosystem Exposure: Familiarity or experience navigating alternative cloud environments like Salesforce and Slack.
