🚀 We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone.
We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.
After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!
We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️
📍London / UK Remote | 💰 £68,000 - £88,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + BenefitsWhat you’ll be working on:
You’ll help run and continuously improve the systems we use to quality assure Monzo’s localised product experiences.
You’ll work closely with our in-language Editors and Testers, Product and Engineering teams, and other localisation partners to make sure translated experiences can be reviewed effectively in the live product.
Rather than being responsible for making linguistic decisions in every language, you’ll help create the structure and support that enables our language specialists to do their best work – removing testing friction, providing context, improving coverage and making sure issues reach the right teams quickly.
As Monzo expands into new markets, you’ll help make our QA processes reusable and scalable so we don’t need to start from scratch for every language.
Every day you’ll be:
Running and maintaining our localisation QA processes, including coverage tracking, journey inventories, priorities, QA checks, severity levels and reporting.
Working closely with in-language Editors and Testers to help them review localised experiences efficiently and consistently.
Creating and maintaining reusable test cases, playbooks, test recipes, deeplinks and other resources that make complex product journeys easier to review.
Acting as a point of contact when localisation reviewers are blocked, investigating issues and working with the relevant Product or Engineering teams to get testing moving again.
Supporting teams developing new features by helping them understand what localisation QA may be needed, where translated content appears and which journeys or edge cases should be reviewed.
Triaging localisation bugs and feedback, identifying duplicates and routing issues to the right place – whether that’s our translation tooling, Product or Engineering teams.
Making sure localisation tickets contain useful information such as build and device details, reproduction steps, screenshots or videos and string identifiers where possible.
Carrying out ongoing in-product spot checks and coordinating re-testing when product changes could introduce localisation regressions.
Helping apply straightforward, Editor-approved text fixes in our translation tooling where appropriate, with language specialists retaining final linguistic sign-off.
Identifying opportunities to use automation, AI and internal tooling to make localisation QA faster and more efficient.
Helping stakeholders understand localisation coverage, blockers and areas of risk ahead of launches and other important milestones.
You should apply if:
You have experience in localisation QA, software QA, internationalisation, language operations or a related area.
You care deeply about the quality of customer-facing experiences and understand that a translation can be technically correct without feeling right in context.
You’re comfortable testing mobile or web products and working through complex user journeys.
You’re organised and enjoy turning complicated or manual processes into clear, repeatable ways of working.
You can prioritise testing based on customer impact and risk.
You’re confident working with Engineers, Product Managers, language specialists and other stakeholders.
You’re comfortable investigating problems, reproducing issues and gathering the information needed to help get them resolved.
You’re interested in how automation and AI can improve QA workflows, while recognising where human judgement is still important.
You’re a keen learner and enjoy documenting and sharing what you learn with others.
You’re excited by the challenge of helping localisation QA scale across multiple countries and languages.
We are actively creating an equitable environment for all of our Monzonauts to thrive

Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable tool-integration standards is a strong plus
First-hand experience troubleshooting the real problems agent builders hit — flaky tool calls, context overflow, hallucinated actions, permission/scoping issues — so you can teach learners to anticipate and solve them, not just follow a script
Ability to read and understand Java code architecture and classes for minor development or debugging, alongside a strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs
Experience with Git, Postman, or similar API tooling
3+ years building technical training, curriculum, or enablement content for a technical audience (developers, implementation consultants, technical admins, or power users)

Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — this role will often be defining the curriculum for capabilities that are still being built

Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading live demos and workshops

Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance. Our mission is to make excellent healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone. We know that to accomplish this lofty mission, we need driven people who will make things happen. The passionate people who make up Sidecar Health’s team come from all over, with backgrounds as tech leaders, policy makers, healthcare professionals, and beyond. And they all have one thing in common—the desire to fix a broken system and make it more personalized, affordable, and transparent. If you want to use your talents to transform healthcare in the United States, come join us!About the RoleAs an Operations Training Specialist on our Enablement team, you will own the full training lifecycle for Sidecar Health's operations teams — from building programs to running them to keeping them current and effective over time. This is a hands-on role in every sense: you design the content, facilitate the sessions, manage the logistics, and follow through on outcomes from a new hire's first day through the point they are ready to perform independently on the floor.Your primary focus will be supporting Claims operations, with the scope and flexibility to contribute to additional operations teams as the business grows. You will embed yourself within the Claims team early on — learning the queues, understanding adjudication workflows, and developing the hands-on familiarity that makes training land with the people doing the work. You will work closely with stakeholders across Claims, Member Care, Clinical, and Provider Ops, and you will be an active contributor to a broader Enablement function that spans training program management, knowledge management, and ongoing learning and development.Your contributions will directly shape the readiness and confidence of our operations teams, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to deliver an outstanding member experience. What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience for assigned operations teams — program design, content creation, classroom delivery, nesting coordination, job shadowing, and floor readiness evaluation.
Design and facilitate ongoing refresher, upskilling, and process change training as business needs evolve — including queue-specific training across Claims adjudication workflows.
Build and maintain all training materials for assigned teams — e-learning modules, Adobe Captivate simulations, facilitator guides, presentations, knowledge checks, role-play scenarios, and assessments.
Contribute to building a repeatable Claims training library — queue-specific modules that can be deployed consistently over time, reducing dependency on tribal knowledge or one-off preparation.
Own operations-specific knowledge content within the knowledge management system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current policies, workflows, and product changes.
Assess the training and knowledge impact of operational and product changes as they come through, and proactively develop or update materials to support those changes.
Scope and execute lighter knowledge and training updates independently, escalating larger program changes to the broader Enablement team for design input.
Manage all program logistics independently: LMS administration, scheduling, roster management, Zoom coordination, and SME preparation and briefing.
Coordinate SME and supervisor involvement in training programs — providing clear direction and session context so their contributions are set up for impact.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessment data, QA results, nesting observations, and supervisor feedback — and act on gaps proactively.
Develop and maintain coverage plans and program documentation so training continuity is never dependent on a single person's availability.
Collaborate with the broader Enablement team on knowledge management, L&D initiatives, and operational content projects.
Use AI-assisted tools to develop content efficiently, with full accountability for review and quality of all outputs.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, ideally within a contact center, healthcare operations, or customer service environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of training programs — you have built them, run them, and improved them without requiring step-by-step direction.
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently.
Clear and proactive communication skills, with experience delivering training sessions virtually and in person.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems, learning management systems (LMS), or other documentation tools.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner across teams and departments.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach to managing training programs and knowledge resources.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Comfort with AI-assisted content development tools and strong editorial judgment about quality and accuracy of outputs.
Nice to Haves
Experience in healthcare claims processing, claims adjudication, or health insurance operations.
Experience designing or facilitating training in a claims or healthcare operations environment.
Familiarity with simulation-based training tools such as Adobe Captivate.
Prior experience with Sana, Document360, or similar LMS and knowledge management platforms.
Why Join Us?
Competitive salary ($68,000 - $75,000), bonus opportunity, and equity package.
401(k) retirement plan with company match.
Paid vacation and company holidays.
Opportunity to make a direct impact on member experience and employee success.
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a rapidly growing, mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.
